The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has issued an alert over a collapsed culvert crossing that has rendered the Likoni-Lunga Lunga road in Kwale County impassable.

A video had earlier been shared of the road before it collapsed as large long-distance buses ferrying passengers passed through as usual.

It has not been established when the road finally gave in, however, no casualties have been reported.
