Rachel Ruto is no stranger to making bold yet elegant fashion statements, but during the state visit of the Dutch royals on March 18, 2025, it wasn’t just her outfit that stood out—it was her shoes. The Kenyan First Lady stepped out in a pair of brown suede block heels adorned with a gold emblem.

This is intended to counter NASA narrative that the Jubilee administration has been frustrating devolution.

In the secret strategy, Jubilee has also deployed its team of bloggers to poke fun at the opposition chief and make the event look like a foolish idea.

The team of bloggers has also been tasked with pushing the narrative that the country has moved on.

Confidential sources also revealed that security agencies will this time round avoid any confrontation with NASA supporters as has been witnessed in the past.

Meanwhile, plans are underway to make the Jamhuri day celebrations colourful so as to overshadow NASA’s event that is planned for the same day.
