Governor Sonko’s eldest daughter Saumu Mbuvi accompanied her mother Primrose Mbuvi to New York recently.
The two are in the ‘Big Apple’ for the sixty-second session of the Commission on the Status of Women.

The conference will be running from 12to 23 March 2018 at the United Nations Headquarters.

While at the conference Saumu Mbuvi met Rachel Shebesh and the two were all chummy much to the surprise of many.
This is because of the 2013 scandal that saw very intimate photos of Sonko and Shebesh leak to the internet. The photos were posted by the late blogger Roy Kohadha Ogolla that showed the two leaders in bed in a compromising position.
It’s nice to see that they have decided to put the past behind them, after all, its been 5 years!
