Did you know that while 95% of men experience orgasms only 57% of women do? In fact, some women never have.

Orgasms are an easier response to men than they are to women. This has been attributed to the fact that for them it does not necessarily have a connection to emotions of love and romance. Biologically, it takes two to tangle and due to their nature, men have it easier when it comes to orgasms. This is what you need to learn

1. Foreplay

You weren’t born ready. Sex is intrusive (duh) and your body requires time to adjust itself and prepare for action.  It’s every girl’s dream to achieve mind blowing, I-didn’t-think-I’d-survive kind of pleasure and sticking to the basics will do it. Guys aren’t afraid to ask for more foreplay time and you shouldn’t either. Otherwise, it will be like trying to fit an ipad charger into an iphone, very damaging.

2. Concentrate

Multitasking is second nature to women. It’s pretty hard to keep your mind on one thing but focusing on what to cook him for dinner while getting laid just won’t do the trick. Live in the moment. Concentrate on what how great your body is feeling and let the juices flow.

3. Stay put and be patient

He’s hitting your spot and you’re enjoying it but you don’t want him to get bored so you suggest switching positions and then you have to work at it again. This is one of the biggest mistakes made. Watch a man at the peak of orgasm and you’ll realize, nothing will remove him from his current position. It goes both ways, while a female orgasm may take more time to build up, tell your partner that you want to keep at it and let you ride it out.

4. Self confidence

Thinking about how flabby your tummy looks or just how much stretch marks you’ve got doesn’t get you going. If anything, it lowers your libido and makes you uncomfortable and insecure during sex. Borrow a leaf, men don’t care about just how sexy they look when they’re having sex. If he’s there then he already likes how you look.

5. Don't fake!

Also, one of the greatest sex fallacies is that, sex isn’t great unless you’re moaning at the top of your voice. If you have to remember to moan then it’s probably fake. Men rarely moan. Save your breath and try yogic which will help you stay centered on sex and achieve your orgasm.
