Siaya Senator James Orengo and NASA co-principal Musalia Mudaviadi have walked out of an IEBC meeting and disclosed that the Electoral body was about to declare Uhuru Kenyatta president -elect.
Addressing the press outside Bomas on Friday evening, Orengo noted that the electoral body had not adequately addressed their concerns which it had presented to them.
The Siaya Senator announced that court was not an option for them this time round.
"Going to court is not an alternative to us; nobody should make us think this is the end of the matter," he stated.
The two leaders also faulted international observers for terming the Kenyan election credible.
"When you hear observer , Mbeki,Mahama, you think they are from heaven, they should have been vetted," he said.
He added. I would urge the Kenyan people to judge the decision of the IEBC on the context of the constitution not any individuals.
Currently, Kenyatta snubbed the Bomas meeting and went to KICC where he was received with songs and dances by his supporters.
