ODM's statement causes panic among Kenyans

A statement by the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) led by Raila Odinga has irked Kenyans in the wrong way.

Through ODM's official twitter account, a statement was issued stating that they would only accept the results of August polls if NASA lead by Odinga emerged victorious."We maintain that we will accept the results of free, fair, credible and peaceful elections, which can only have one outcome: NASA victory," the tweet read.The statement evoked mixed reactions with a section of the public demanding that the tweet be deleted immediately.Other members expressed fear over the tweet with some claiming the Opposition could lead the country to post chaos.
