And one of his fashion fans is Alex Mwakideu who is also is a sharp dresser. However, Alex Mwakideu feels that he should get rid of the tiny shorts he wears that expose his thighs as he is not only a politician but also somebody’s husband and a father.

In response to Mwakideu’s comment, Jalang’o said that a Governor of Mombasa cannot wear like Ojamong from Busia County or Lonyangapuo from West Pokot. This is because Mombasa is the ‘raha’ capital of Kenya and the county is also hot and humid so some outfits are impractical.
Reacting to Jalang’o’s comment, Mwakideu argued that Governor Joho can wear linen pants since they are light.
“Lazima ujistiri, vaa linen hutaskia joto…avae shorti ya kufika magotini vizuri, asivae shorti ya kumshika sana,” Mwakideu argued.
