Dennis Itumbi reveals unknown details about his past

Shocking!

Itumbi admits that that was one heinous act he regrets having done.

He shoplifted perfumes from one particular retail outlet. Itumbi says doing the act was easy as it just involved walking in with a basket pretending to be shopping and in the process marking all security points, he narrates.

“Then make a second round. Here you pick at least three perfumes and off to a guy waiting outside and then back to do the same thing,” re-counts “repeating the process three times in a week. For at least 3 months.”

The D-day came and as usual he went picking, finished unfortunately he was caught red-handed, taken upstairs and beaten by the supermarket attendants.

“One day, I walked to the supermarket manager and demanded an invoice so that I would pay what my younger self had done, but the manager smiled and told me in the rephrased words of Jesus, " Go young man and shoplift no more"”,Itumbi narrates. The boss narrated this out of the ordinary ordeal reminiscing how a tsunami of guilt hauled up in him on being caught.

He told his story and backed with a line from the scripture;"The heavens will not be filled with those who never made mistakes but with those who recognized that they were off course and who corrected their ways to get back in the light of gospel truth." The bible sums it up all by noting all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.”Itumbi encouraged those who have committed crimes and those with a dark past. He tells them to focus on noting down goals and aiming to accomplish them adding that a time will come when those embarrassing moments will turn to be testimonies.
