Even Danson Mungatana aka ‘mla mamba’ (crocodile eater) had a brief marriage with former beauty queen Cecilia Mwangi before their relationship went belly up last year.

Now Miss Kenya 2015 Charity Njeri has been accused of dating Moses Kuria. Well, it’s not really a recent rumour as it has been on the gossip scene for a while it just seems to have had a resurgence recently.

Charity has now come out to clear the air in regards to her relationship with Moses Kuria.

Speaking to Pulse Magazine, Charity disclosed that after she won Miss Kenya Moses Kuria contacted the Miss Kenya franchise holder Terry Mungai inviting her for a courtesy call at Statehouse Nairobi. When she paid a courtesy call to the president, Terry was accompanied by Miss Kenya 2014 Iddah Nguma and Charity to meet the him.

After their meeting, Moses Kuria offered Charity help with her charity projects and the have met up a couple of times to discuss business and work on the projects.

Now these frequent meetings have sparked rumors that they are dating, rumors that Charity has rubbished as ‘cheap’.

“Whatever we are doing is purely professional. It’s just cheap for anyone to think we are dating. One thing I would like to stress is that people should stop this mentality that beauty queens or models are just objects with no brains.” She said.

“My MP has opened doors for me just like he has opened doors for many other Gatundu residents out there. I can only thank God for connecting me with him as I honestly don’t think I would have made it this far without him.” She explained.

Thanks to Moses, Charity is now the Managing Director of Moses’ Fanaka TV launched in December last year. Other celebrities who work there include Jaymo Yule Msee, Chipukeezy and Eric Omondi.
