Through his social media pages, Mr. Seed disclosed that he had decided to exit EMB with the purpose of going independent and give a chance to other upcoming artistes to benefit from the platform he was being given at EMB Records.
The Gwara Gwara maker added that he would also be looking forward to nurture other upcoming artistes and share with them his own spotlight with the aim of helping them grow.

Walking down memory lane back in 2013, it was Mr.Seed who actually introduced Bahati to the game when he featured Bahati on his hit single “Wangu” but fast forward to 2017 Bahati gained financial mascules that enabled him to sign Mr.Seed under his label.
Before the Exit of Mr. Seed, the EMB family had a total of four artistes; David Wonder, Mr. Seed, Princess Leo and Bahati the CEO.
