Gospel singer Audiphaxad Peter Omwaka popularly known as Guardian Angel has reconciled with his father after years of not seeing each other, through the help of pastor Didzweit Achero.

According to the Nadeka hit-maker, the reconciliation was not an easy process but at least they managed to iron out their differences.

Quitting music

Guardian was brought up by a single mom who currently stays in Canada. In 2017, things got tough in his music career to a point he contemplated quitting music then relocate to Canada and stay with the mother.

In an Exclusive Interview with Pulselive.co.ke, (February) Guardian explained that after 7 years into the music industry with no breakthrough, he thought quitting was the best option.

The Award-Winning star narrated that while growing up as a kid, at one time he ended up on the streets after life at home became hard with his mother as the sole provider for the family.

“Unajua life ilikuwa ngumu kiasi na hiyo time ndo alikuwa tu solo-provider, so seeing that I decided kutoka home. While on the streets, I was arrested and taken to an approved school, where he spend almost a year. so kuna siku they asked if kuna wale wanajua where their parents, to speak put so that they can be reconciled by their family. I took that chance I took them to Kibera where mum was staying and then after I was taken to a juvenile court and allowed to go home. It took me sometime to adapt to the society and then after I went back to school” said Guardian Angel.
