The operation dubbed ‘Operation Jokate’ is expected to take 7 days. Dressed in uniform, Jokate joined a government enforcement unit for the operation where 150 cows were seized and a hunt for the owners launched.

On the same day, she joined mothers in Kisarawe District in celebrating World Breastfeeding Week.

World Breastfeeding Week is celebrated every year from 1 to 7August to encourage breastfeeding which provides the essential nutrients for babies in the right proportions and protects against diseases.
