Juma Jux was forced to make a statement where he defended himself against cheating allegations.

This was after Vanessa Mdee’s wrote a suggestive comment that read ‘Your type’ in response to an Instagram post he shared of the 2017 Miss Tanzania Julitha Kabete.

The fashion model who is signed to Twenty Model Management was singing his hit ‘Incase you don’t know’ featuring Nyashinski when the comment was made.

A situation that forced Juma to take to his Instagram story to state that he just posted Julitha’s post as a way of appreciating those who appreciate his music.

“Sio kila msichana ninaye mpost kussuport kazi zangu ni msichana wangu nawapost kwa sababu wanaonyesha upendo tu akuna ata msichana mmoja niliye mpost nina mahusiano naye no one,” read part of his post.

“Stop what you are doing,” he went on to add.

Incase You Don’t Know

Having garnered around 1.4 Million views within one month, the Juma and Nyashinski collaboration is without a doubt one of the most popular Tanzania - Kenya collaborations.

Speaking upon the release of his first song of 2019, Jux says, “Incase You Don’t Know” is not just a love song but a reflection on the power of love. Whether it’s your partner, your child or mum— this song is for all the lovers.”

Adding on his choice of collaboration Juma said, “Nyashinski is a brilliant artist who takes time to produce quality work. We both have been checking out each other’s songs for some time. I had a feeling if he got on the track, he would add something unique to the song. He did a great job and we finally shot the music video with Hanscana from Nairobi.”
