Mike Sonko celebrates his late mum’s 19th anniversary in a special

Mike Sonko penned down a heartfelt message to celebrate his late mum who passed on in 2nd February 1997.

Through his social media handles, the senator narrates the pain he went through to watch his mum die. He goes on to say that her death came too sudden that she had no time to say goodbye to her family.

The post also reveals her name Saumu that was passed down to one of his daughters who is currently pregnant with her first child. Anyway even though it has been 19 years since she left her family, the senator feels like it just happened the other day.

Mike Sonko goes further to pour out his heart in the heartfelt message that left many of his followers feeling sorry for him. It is however clear that the senator did have a grate connection with his late mum.
