The Miss World 2017 Competition went down on November 18 at Sanya in China, with Miss Kenya Magline Jeruto being crowned as the African Queen.

Ms Jeruto who was among other African representative emerged fifth in the competition. The Miss Elgeyo Marakwet County was crowned Miss Kenya on September 15, 2017.

Miss India Manushi Chhillar was crowned the Miss World during the much hyped event.
