Celebrated Radio and TV Personality Mzazi Willy M Tuva on Friday made one of the biggest announcements that is set to change the East Africa music industry under the hash tag #MzaziBigannouncements

The Mambo Mseto host, unveiled Mseto East Africa Awards, to honour and appreciate musicians for their hard work.

The Awards will be given to artistes from Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Burudi.

Speaking during the event at a city Hotel, Mzazi disclosed that the main aim of the awards is to unite the East Africa music industry and make sure artistes are recognized for what they do.

"Today I stand here to announce my next step, my biggest venture Mseto East Africa Awards. It's time to support our artists as we introduce an award that will go a bigger mile to support our artists. Thank you for the support all this years. Introducing MSETO EAST AFRICA AWARDS” said Mzazi Willy M Tuva.

The unveiling event was attended by different stakeholders from across East Africa, among them Tanzanian radio Personality Lil Ommy, Uncle Fred Obachi Machoka, Douglas Wanga (UG), AY, Sheila Gashumba (UG), Adhiambo Gloria (UG) Vinka, Dada Kabendera (RW) among others
