Nyashinski speaks on demanding 1 million before appearing for Interview on Local TV

According to Nyashinski he has never asked for money before going for Interviews and the story that was doing rounds of social media is untrue.
He added that Interviews are helps him promote his brand and music and therefore he can’t ask for money where he is already benefiting.
“It’s not true, going for interviews helps my brand and my music, I can’t shoot myself on the leg, it doesn’t make sense, someone was given the wrong information. I’ve never asked for even a shilling. I’ve never asked for money to do interviews, those are just STORIES,” Nyashinski revealed in an Interview with Mpasho.

Nyashinski who is currently ruling the Airwaves with his new tune “Hayawani” had been accused of soliciting money from media stations before going for Interviews.
He also noted that Kenyan musicians should change how they do their art, by putting together a team that will work around the clock to push their brands across the borders.
we can’t do it as one person. For example Sauti Sol, they have a manager, director, production manager, stylist and all those things combine to make a brand that can stand with other international brands. Now that we are working with teams, we are learning and moving. For some time we were importing more than we were exporting but now we are exporting music.” Said Nyashinski
The hit maker of “Malaika” was East Africa’s representative at this years MTV Awards, but lost to Davido from Nigeria.
