Radio break

Massawe, who was away from Radio since April 2017, made a comeback upon joining Radio Jambo in September last year.

“Hey , so looking forward to reconnect…Cocked and ready," wrote Massawe while making comeback.

Massawe had worked with Radio Jambo before but parted ways in April 2017, after she decided to take a break from the radio Industry.

She also worked with Q FM, a station that was owned by Nation Media Group before being poached to join Mediamax owned station Milele FM.

At Milele, Massawe used to host the Drive show alongside Kazungu Matano popularly known as Captain Otoyo.

She is married to Tom Japanni, the head of Radio Maisha, a station owned by Standard Group Ltd.
