Risper Faith celebrates son’s birthday

Sharing some pictures and videos from the big day, Risper marvelled at what God has done for her.

“Aki I am so happy. Thank you God for the fruit of the womb. Thanks for shaming my enemies, I serve a living God,” she gushed.

Her celebration comes about 2 years after her co-star on Nairobi Diaries Mishi Dora mocked her struggle to conceive.

Mishi claimed that Risper was so desperate to conceive for her then-boyfriend that she resorted to using traditional herbs.

To support her claims, she posted Whatsapp screenshots of Risper’s conversation with co-star Bridget Achieng where Risper inquiries about traditional herbs that could help her get pregnant.

“I thought you said yesterday that all you need is Brian’s sperm in order to get pg... I don’t just bark. I bite honey lady Risper this is just the beginning…This is just a taste of what is in my possession, I don’t always lose my battles easily so I’ll see this to the end,” read Mishi’s post alongside the Whatsapp conversation.

Risper is not the only celebrity whose enemies have been shamed, Kambua recently shut down her critics by sharing her baby bump photo.

The Rauka host had in the past caught unwarranted flack for not having a child after more than 6 years of marriage to Pastor Jackson Mathu. Some even had the gall to ask her when she was getting pregnant as she was now ‘getting old’.

Prior to news of her pregnancy, Kambua had expressed her frustration with people who pestered her with ‘when are you getting pregnant’ questions and yet they didn’t know her journey or what she was struggling with.

“People will have an opinion over everything, over children. Today I saw a comment and deleted it because this guy commented on my Instagram and he says ‘When are you going to get pregnant, you’re getting old,” the soft-spoken singer said on The Trend.

She then went on to add, “I remember thinking, the reason why it angers me is because people don’t even know what your journey is like. They don’t know what you’re struggling with. They don’t know if you even want to have children. They don’t know if you can have children and there are so many people especially today who are struggling with infertility. It is so unfortunate that we have become such a culture of being so intrusive and putting people down, shaming each other on things like that. I would wish that people would be sensitized. I have people who are close to me who might not be at the forefront like I am but who go through that every day.”
