Diamond and Ali Kiba performed together in UK- Music Group ShiiKANE reveals

British-Nigerian Female Group ShiiKANE has revealed little known details about their performance in UK that featured Tanzanian music heavyweights Diamond Platnumz and Alikiba.

Speaking on The PlayList (Times FM) Hosted by Lil Ommy, the music group comprising of three sisters disclosed that they made Ali Kiba and Diamond perform together while in the UK in a show they had organized.

“We brought Diamond over, for his first UK tour, I think it was 2011-2012… it’s about 6 years now. We brought them to share the same stage. At that time Alikiba was the biggest star. Professor Jay also performed with them. So when we met here in Tanzania we had to remind him how we met in UK, and it was nice catching up.” said ShiiKANE during the Interview.

For many years, Bongo Flava King’s Chibu Dangote and Ali Saleh Kiba have been beefing, with their fans fighting everyday on social media.

They added that they are in Tanzania for a media tour that has seen them visit different Media houses to promote their brand.

“This is our first time in East Africa and we wanted to collaborate with Tanzanians. So far we have already recorded a song with Chinebees. Then we are looking forward to collaborate with Vanessa Mdee, Ali Kiba and Diamond. We are very close with Professor Jay here in Tanzania and we are hoping that we will work with more artistes," added ShiiKANE

ShiiKANE are also planning on working with Sauti Sol, Victoria Kimani and Muthoni the Drummer Queen.

In July 2015 the Group relocated from UK to settle in their Native land Nigeria to pursue their dreams of doing African Music.
