The song dubbed ‘Japo Kidogo' dropped on Tuesday and it’s already trending at number 2 on YouTube with over 160, 000K views.
The song was produced by Vicky Pon Dis (audio) while its video was directed by Enos Olik. In the new song Otile has gone out of his comfort zone, of singing slow love songs to something a bit faster.
On the other hand, Khaligraph Jones dropped his Rap King crown to fuse with Otile’s style, actually he has done justice to the song.
In Swahili “Japo Kidogo” is a word that means “Just a little bit”. The chorus of the song makes it sound ever better ”Oh Japo kidogo, japo kidogo oh mama break it down. Japo kidogo, japo kidogo.”
Sharing the new song Khali wrote “That Nigga so Fit,Rappers Its your time to shine now as I flex these love songs, nikirudi ntawakimbiza mbio hamjawai ona, For now its all about the ladies, Watch Kiboko Right now, #respecttheogs#mrinternational”
This is not the first time Khaligraph Jones and Otile are collaborating in a song. Back in 2015 the two met in studio and produced a banger titled “Imaginary Love”. In 2017 they teamed up for a song called “Nataka”.
Currently, Bad Man Shivo and Papa Jones are among musicians doing very well in the music industry.
