In the footage of the incident that has been shared widely on social media, the lady is seen arguing with the ground stuff before a man grabs her and throws her to the ground amid screams from other passengers.
“Stop it! You can’t do that Oh My God!” A lady screams as a member of staff blocks her from the view.
Naturally, the video has sparked outrage on social media after it emerged that the cause for the violent incident was about the passenger complaining about a 2-hour delay in the flight.
Following the incident, KQ has issued a statement and have categorically stated that they ‘condemn all abusive and violent behaviour’ and have launched investigations which will follow through to a fair and proper conclusion.
They have also identified the lady in the video and are attempting to contact her.
