Yes, but it also has some great health benefits too. Its not Kachumbari without onions, tomatoes, maybe abit of lemons, avocados and coriander (Dania). And it tastes great with as an addition to any kind meal and bitings.

1. Onions

Did you know that if you put a peeled onion next to your bedside when you have a flu you will wake up feeling way better? Smelly as they are, onions are known to hold hundreds of health benefits especially when it comes to fighting disease. These include:

In addition, coriander leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein. They also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamin, niacin and carotene.
