A study was conducted on 11 people and found that those who drank three cups of black tea every day for three months exhibited a significant decrease in weight and waist circumference as compared to those that consumed caffeine.
2.Herbal tea
Herbal teas such as ginger tea or hibiscus tea are great for losing belly fat.
Studies on obese rats found that when given herbal tea, the rats reduced greatly in body weight and helped to normalize hormone levels.
3.Mint tea
Apparently, just sniffing peppermint could help you lose weight but we’re not here to test that theory.

4.Celery juice
