1. Leafy green vegetables

They are present in every diet since they are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. They are low in fats, calories and toxins.

They also contain antibacterial and antiviral properties, inactivate carcinogens, and according to Dr Axe they help prevent tumor formation and spread of cancer to different organs.
