This is how much sex you should be having to stop aging

Find out below.

It can help relieve stress, boosts one’s immunity, lowers the risk of heart disease and now having sex can also help to reduce aging.

According to a research done by the University of California, having sex once a week helps to keep your DNA intact thus making you live longer.

How the study was conducted

Researchers studied the sex lives of 129 mothers in relationships for one week.

The participants were required to have a daily record of their satisfaction in the relationship. In addition to this, they were to also record their feelings when faced with conflict, when they felt supported by their partner and of course their feelings during intimacy.

A blood test was also taken.

In comparison to their blood tests, the researchers discovered that mothers who had sex with their partners at least once a week had significantly longer telomeres.

Telomeres are a protective cap on DNA strands and part of the cell that is responsible for aging.

Telomeres usually break down due to aging, poor diet and in some cases high alcohol use. Regular sex however, can repair all this and lengthen them.

Your cells are thus kept healthy and young.
