It’s no secret that sugar can cause breakouts. If you suspect that this food is the cause of your breakout then try cutting back on having too much of it.

Junk food

Junk food contains high amounts of fat which can sometimes prove to be too much when it comes to the health of your skin. Avoid taking too much junk food and opt for healthier options plus drink a lot of water in the process.

Hypo-glycemic foods

These are foods such as white rice, potatoes, cookies and cakes. They are foods that break down quickly in the body thus triggering the blood sugar levels.
