Why you should start eating fruits for breakfast

You already know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should not skip it. But even most important is to ensure that you take a healthy breakfast.

Incorporating fruits in your breakfast is something you should start doing if you have not been doing it. I bet the points below will convince you to start eating fruits for breakfast:

1. Detox

When was the last time you did a detox? If you have these signs, then it’s time to detox. Detoxing is necessary after some time so as to get rid of any toxins that may be hindering the body’s functions. Eating fruits is one way to detox and the body does that best in the morning.

2. Lose weight

Detoxing is one way to help you lose weight. As the toxins are flushed out of your system, you become leaner in the process. Some fruits have fiber and others are so succulent which keeps you full for longer thus preventing cravings and careless snacking.

3. Improves digestion

Fruits are enriched with fiber which makes bowel movement easier and prevents constipation. They also contain nutrients that clean up the gut leaving it healthy. You do not want to a bloated stomach of battle constipation while at work. Fruits are also much easier to digest.

4. Your immune system will be better

If you have fruits every morning, your immunity will be stronger and you will rarely get sick. Fruits contain vitamin C and antioxidants that fight free radicals that make you sick.

5. Sugar

Our bodies run on glucose and you can get lots of it from natural sugars contained in fruits. The sugars replenish your body as well as your brain making it easier for you to focus and be more productive.
