Tired of eating the same ol' type of chicken every Christmas? You should definitely try out this quick, easy Christmas chicken recipe.

It’s that time of the year again to enjoy some great music, food and drinks surrounded by your loved ones and what better way to do that than an intimate Christmas dinner.

If you’re doing the hosting this year then you must be racking your brain trying to come up with the best recipes for your Christmas meals.

One of the main meals cooked during this time is usually chicken and if you’re tired of cooking chicken the same ol’ way of cooking then you should definitely try out this recipe.

Ingredients

Chicken

Onions

Soy sauce

Garlic

Salt

Chilli sauce

Teriyaki

Secret ingredient

Tusker Cider

Process

In a large sauce pan, add your cut pieces of chicken, chopped onions and Tusker Cider.

Let it simmer until tender.

After the Tusker Cider is absorbed into the chicken, add some oil, salt, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, teriyaki sauce.

Fry everything for about five minutes under medium heat.

Let the chicken sit for a little while under low heat before removing it.

Serve with roast potatoes and kachumbari.
