The reason you don’t like sweet potatoes is simply the only recipe you know is how to boil them. There are different ways you can prepare them and enjoy them. You can bake them or even make fries and have them for breakfast.

Peel them, boil and then deep fry them until they turn golden brown. You will love their crunchiness. The best thing is that cassavas are readily available in the market and are also quite cheap.

4. Ugali eggs
