In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops a 20-year-old forehead cyst filled with goopy "vanilla yogurt." This one is extra disturbing, so buckle up.

To begin the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the forehead bump. Immediately, the buttery contents spills out, ready to evacuate its 20-year-old home. Dr. Lee squeezes the growth, forcing out more gooey gunk.

A vanilla Go-Gurt steatocystoma, one fan commented on the clip. Trust me, you'll see the resemblance.

To complete the removal, the famed dermatologist goes in for the cysts sac. Removing this membrane virtually guarantees the growth will be gone for good.
