Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze Ribbons of Pus from a Massive Cheek Cyst

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes the contents of a large steatocystoma located on a patient's cheek. During the procedure, she uses a comedone extractor to remove the sebum inside more safely and with less irritation than pinching it. A steatocystoma multiplex is a type of skin disorder that often leads to several benign cysts filled with sebum, an oily substance that helps lubricate the hair, skin, and nails.

In her latest Instagram video , Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MDonce again breaks out her trusty comedone extractor to remove a series of steatocystomas from a patient's cheek. Or as Dr. Pimple Popper herself puts it in the caption, "Sometimes I just want to gush about some great steatocystomas!"

In the brief clip, Dr. Lee gently uses the extractorfollowed by a quick poke from her scalpelto drain several of the benign growths, which originate it in the sebaceous glands, a ccording to the National Institute of Health .

This type of cyst is most commonly found in adolescents, and tend to cluster around the neck, torso, and upper arms. As for that white stuff? That's sebum, which the body produces to help lubricate the skin, hair, and nails. If you happen to be a fan of that type of procedure, you can watch Dr. Lee remove an even larger steatocystoma in a video posted earlier this year.
