10 things Kenyan women want to hear their men say

A woman's world is tough.

But while it is not much you can do to make it easier (unless you hire her a personal assistant and a few maids) saying these few words once in a while will make it a whole lot better.

Want to earn a few points with your lady? Say these magic words.

1. 'Don't cook dinner tonight'

Because when's the last time you took her out on a random date or called for food delivery? Letting her have a night off the kitchen shows that you acknowledge how tiring it is to cook after a hard day at work.

2. 'Buy whatever you want'

Hopefully she won't run off and gift herself a new car but letting her take your credit card for a shopping spree is the kind of pampering all women dream of.

3. You can take the car today

While she understands that you've got to meet up with the boys for business, she wouldn't mind cruising through her errands either.

4. 'I'll watch the kids'

A few hours of zero parental responsibility is a rare treat. (Especially if they are still toddlers.) Give her the day off to go lounge with her girlfriends while you watch the babies. She'll be eternally grateful.

5. 'You deserve a break'

Yes, all the above indicate that you acknowledge just how tough her responsibilities are but saying these four words out loud will have a greater impact on her than just actions. (I know, the irony)

6. 'Thanks for hosting my friends'

Letting her know you are grateful that she whipped up a meal from scratch at a moment's notice for your visiting friends is not only respcetful, but it will keep you from getting kicked out of the room later on that night when you start asking for something else.

7. 'You are my one and only'

She probably knows it, but in a world where cheating has become some sort of a norm, then telling her outloud that she is your one and only will keep whatever tiny little doubts that might bug her away. Trust is importnat but so assurity.

8. 'I'll take care of it'

Because women want to feel protected and taken care of. While she may never tell you, women enjoy having a man who looks like he can take care of business... whatever that means. It doesn't have to be about standing up for her in a fight. (You better!)

Even shouldering her responsibilities will work.

9. 'She's not as pretty as you'

Say it even when you don't think it's true. Women are not blind and while we may be comfortable with our looks, we know that there are women who are prettier than us. That's never a problem as long as our men are content with us. So next time a hot lady passes by you, turn to your girl and say, "She's not as pretty as you."

10. You're such a freak in the sheets

Contrary to what most men believe, women are as concious of their sexual skills as men are. Telling your girl that you like what she does to you in bed will not only boost her self esteem but it will make her confident enough to fully let go the next time you're getting freaky.
