A great woman is essential to a man’s success. Look at Michelle and Barack, Beyoncé and Jay Z.

Closer to home we’ve got President Uhuru and Margaret Kenyatta and well, Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko and his wife Primrose Mbuvi.

It’s no secret that the Nairobi Governor's life has been put on the limelight fpr various political and personal scandal. His daughter Saumu and himself have been on the receiving end of social media critics.

However, standing behind husband and daughter is a strong and quiet woman who is yet to be heard.

A wife and mother, Primrose has been silently supporting her husband’s political career since its debut back in 2010 all the while supporting their daughter and her newly born grandchild after the tragic break top that saw Saumu separate from her fiancé.

She has also been spending a lot of time with her family.
