She went on the Heart Breakfast radio podcast , to talk about how shes changed her diet and lifestyle in hopes of having biological children one day. Ive always been someone thats open and honest, she said. Four, four-and-a-half, five years ago, I was diagnosed with this disease, which is making it harder. I was told I cant have children, but I dont believe it. I believe in miracles. I havent given up.
She shared, "I decided to manage the pain and do it naturally. So four years ago I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body," she said. "Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for meand it was balancing out everythingmy health, my moods, my sleep."
Whatever Jessie's doing, it's clearly working for her.
