Abdullahi said that both President Kenyatta and Odinga interfered with the independence of Parliament by directing MPs on how to make laws.
The Senior Counsel argued that the two leaders could serve as Party Leader on matters that are external to parliament as such an act makes the Legislature redundant.
"When H.E Uhuru & Hon Raila whipp their MPS with a view to stop them from legislating, first they exercise executive authority over the legislature. Second, they want to legislate in place of the legislature. Third the executive directs/micromanage the debates in the legislature."
"It is unconstitutional and illegal for H.E UHURU and HON RAILA to whip members of parliament with a view to defeat a specific legislation and replace it with one preferred by the executive...why can't we close parliament, save some money and allow the executive to legislate?" the lawyer said on his Twitter page.
Ahmednasir, who has previously represented Kenyatta in court, criticised National Assembly leaders including Speaker Justin Muturi , the minority and majority leaders - saying they had failed to stand up for poor Kenyans.
