Details of Raila Odinga's private meeting with Doris Moi - former President's last born daughter

ODM Leader Raila Odinga on Thursday afternoon held a private meeting with former President Daniel arap Moi's last born daughter, Doris Moi-Choge.

The details of the meeting held at Capitol Hill were revealed by Odinga's aide Philip Nyamai who explained that the issues discussed included climate change.

"Their discussions focused on Climate Change, which the G7 nations are calling on governments to raise their ambitions on and national cohesion," Nyamai said.

Doris, who lives a private life as a farmer and business woman, was accompanied by her daughter, Leila Denise, and two aides.

Leila is one of the few Moi grandchildren who is politically active, often using her social media page to make political statements in support of her uncle, Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.

The meeting came just a day after the ODM Leader met with Kristina Pratt - President Uhuru Kenyatta's elder sister.
