Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju is said to have been angered by IEBC commissioners as well as NASA and stormed out of the meeting, the Standard reports.Tuju lashed out at IEBC and termed them a toothless for trying to do things to please the Opposition. He also turned down Chebukati's offer of having Jubilee officials accompany them to Dubai and witness the printing of the ballot papers."We don't care who gets this contract. We will not take the offer by IEBC to do any inspection in Dubai. If NASA wants to boycott the elections let them boycott."We cannot have a situation where NASA makes false claims then the IEBC catches a cold and does everything to appease them, handing them tickets like sweets," Tuju was quoted by the Star.On the other hand, NASA officials maintained that the tender must be canceled and threatened to move to the court.
