Speaking in an interview on Thursday, Mudavadi stated that if one of the principals was to leave, including Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula, NASA would not break."NASA is a people's movement. It is not built on personalities. We may symbolise NASA but we aren't NASA. Anyone who wants to go it alone will truly go alone because that move will not break NASA," the ANC leader said.
Mudavadi' sentiments come amid fears of rifts over the presidential ticket within the Opposition coalition.On Tuesday, Wiper announced that Kalonzo would leave the alliance if he was not made the flagbearer.

However, on Thursday, Siaya senator James Orengo said that the document didn't exist because it was never deposited at the registrar of political parties. Orengo maintained that it was only him, Odinga and Kalonzo who saw the MOU.
"The document was never deposited with the Registrar of Political parties. If it was, then it could be a public document that," the senator said.Meanwhile, Kalonzo made his intentions firm of running for the presidency after he presented his presidential nomination papers to his Wiper Democratic Movement party.
