Tony Gachoka lands TV job

Political activist Tony Gachoka has landed a TV job with the Standard Group’s KTN News.

A source privy to the matter who spoke exclusively to Pulselive.co.ke said that Tony Gachoka will be hosting a new, weekly political talk show that is set to begin on February 13.

According to the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, the controversial political commentator’s show will air on both KTN Home and its 24 hour news channel KTN News.

Pulselive.co.ke reached out to Mr. Gachoka for a comment but said he could not deny the reports.

I cannot deny the story,” said Gachoka.

This comes even as his last appearance on KTN ended badly after he appeared on the Jeff Koinange Live show and was banned from ever appearing on the show again.

DP Ruto’s critic

Tony Gachoka, who worked as former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s aide, has in the recent past been one of the fiercest critics of Deputy President William Ruto, in his quest to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta after his term expires in 2022.

He at one time sent out a tweet saying that the DP will never make it to become President of the Republic of Kenya.

“William Ruto. You will never be President of Kenya. Tony Gachoka,” read Mr. Gachoka’s tweet.
