KCSE 2019: List of top 10 students countrywide

Education Cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha has released results of the 2019 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) which were sat by Form 4 candidates in November.

Magoha announced that was this this year's top candidate was Buluma Wabuko Toni after garnering a mean of 87.159 (A plain).

A total of 627 students obtained a straight A compared to 615 in 2018.

The number of students who obtained the minimum University admission grade of C+ stood at 125,746 as compared to 90,377 in 2018.

  2. Barasa Maryanne Njeri - Kenya High
  3. Aboge David Adhiambo - Kapsabet Boys
  4. Antony Auwor Ochieng - Maseno School
  5. Mathuri Natasha Wawira - Kenya High School
  6. Kizito Ezra Sikuta - Moi High School Kabarak
  7. Nong'ali Chemengat - Alliance Girls
  8. Ndathi Ellen Njoki Kenya High School
  9. Siele Chelangat Irene - Moi Forces Lanet
  10. Laura Chelangat Ruto - St Brigid Kimilili
