Controversial Appointments
The CEO was accused of making controversial hires to key hospital departments. One such appointment was that of Timothy Otieno Odundo, allegedly the CEO's nephew, as the ICT Director.
The Hospital's new Finance Director Anthony Mburu is also said to be Odundo's brother-in-law.
Insiders at the hospital also alleged that the scrapping off of overtime dues for nurses and support stuff had demotivated the hospital's personnel leading to the compromised quality of services.
