Coming in at no. 1 was Hong Kong's La Rambla while no. 14 was Dubai's Galvin Dubai.

Kenya's Lord Erroll appears an impressive second and is described by reviewer Chris Dwyer as "beautiful colonial-era house set in expansive gardens with lakes is in the most exclusive neighborhood of Nairobi."

The writer recommends Chef Isaac Arunga's rack of lamb, Italian-influenced eggplant and shamelessly old-school desserts like bread and butter pudding or crêpe suzette for diners who want arguably the best meals of their lives.
