Kibra constituency is a beehive of activities with Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto leading last-minute efforts to drum up support for Bernard Imran Okoth and McDonald Mariga respectively.

The two leaders are set to address rallies within the constituency, less than 2 Kilometers apart in a battle that is quickly shaping up to be a rehearsal for the ultimate political battle in 2022.

Deputy President is on the ground and will be leading the Jubilee rally for McDonald Mariga at Laini Saba area.

Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru and her Makueni counterpart Prof Kivutha Kibwana joined Raila Odinga on Sunday morning, ahead of the mega rally in Kibra, sparking speculations hat a political alliance could be in the offing to outsmart DP Ruto.

Also on the ground is Amani National Congress and Ford Kenya who are have fielded candidates in the 07 November by-elections.

The ODM convoy snaked its way across the streets to Woodley grounds where party leader Raila Odinga is set to drum up support for Bernard Imran Okoth.

While passing near Kenyatta grounds, a crowd that had gathered for an ANC rally could not resist the temptation to join the colorful ODM rally.

People were captured on camera walking away from the ANC rally and joining the ODM convoy, picking ODM-branded merchandise.
