Addressing Journalists from Kisumu, Odinga claimed that the arrest of Ndii was just the beginning of intimidation by the government and more people would be arrested.

bullets, and arrests. You cant rule the people against their will. the people's will shall prevail" the former Prime Minister affirmed

On Monday , NASA Lawyer and Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo revealed Ndiii was arrested over the utterances he made months ago and not the people’s assembly affair.

He added that the charges being levied to Mr. Ndii are preferring and the DCI should have summoned him for interrogations instead of pouncing on him while on a holiday.

“The charges they are preferring on him are utterances that happened months ago. Ordinarily they would have invited him for interrogation not pouncing on him when he’s on holiday” said Otiende Amollo.

The legislator also added that the NASA strategist will be arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts to be charged with incitement, a move he says is aimed at intimidating the Nasa Coalition.
