DP Ruto makes a return to his teenage career[Photos]

DP Ruto visits the village where he earned the name ‘Hustler’ with a unique project

Deputy President William Ruto on Saturday visited Kambi Kuku along the Eldoret-Malava road where he spent part of his teenage years struggling to make ends meet.

It is while hawking chicken to motorists here that the DP honed his communication and convincing ability and the nickname ‘hustler”.

The chief auctioneer at the event was none other than the DP himself with a total of Sh 6Million shillings raised at the event which saw each chicken go for Sh 1200.

He came with rare motivation to youths in the area who have taken after his footsteps in selling chicken, launching the first ever chicken auction.
