Kabogo humiliates Duale in zero chills reply
Ouch!
Kabogo took to Twitter to post a sarcastic reply to a statement by Duale to the effect that the Government would expedite payment of Sh1.5 billion that Matiba was awarded by the Judiciary over the torture and harassment he faced in the hands of state agents.
Kabogo loudly wondered in sarcasm if Duale was pushing for the payment hoping that the late Matiba would be able to use it.
"So that he can use it?" Kabogo's brief tweet read. The message was widely reshared on the microblogging site.

Matiba was awarded the hefty compensation last year but the government is yet to honor the court order that required him to get the payment.
