Matiang'i spotted near JKIA after order requiring him to produce Miguna in court

Just in

A spot check by Pulselive.co.ke revealed that Matiang'i is currently at the GSU headquarters in Embakasi and is attending a passing out ceremony alongside President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Government-allied bloggers have already hinted the CS' absence after they poured cold water on the order issued by Justice George Odunga.

State House Director of Digital Communications Dennis Itumbi published two tweets that appeared to trash Odunga's order.

In one he said, "A Tweet whisper to Justice Odunga - GSU passout ongoing".

And in another he briefly wrote the latin words "Brutum Fulmen....." which is used in legal parlance to describe an ineffective thunder, it literally means an empty thunder.

Another blogger, Polycarp Hinga who is associated with the Ministry of Interior, was less subtle.

"Hehehe Odunga should know that Kenya does not revolve around Miguna, He provides good entertainment but we cannot cancel an entire GSU passout where thousands of Kenyans are graduating into GSU officers just to rush to court over an undercover comedian," Hinga tweeted.
