New responsibilities for Moses Kuria

Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has been appointed unopposed as the Vice chairperson of the Transport, Housing and infrastructure committee.

The legislator took to his social media account to send his gratitude to fellow Member of Parliament for trusting him with the position.

He added that he will do all he can within his ability to help deliver world class infrastructure, modernize ports and airports.

As the Vice Chair Person, Kuri has promised to ensure he rides SGR to Kisumu and deliver Sh500,000 affordable housing units over the next five years.

“Humbled to be elected unopposed by my colleagues across the political divide to be the vice-chair of the Transport, Housing and Infrastructure committee. I will do all within my ability to help deliver world class infrastructure, modernize our ports and airports, ride the SGR from Mombasa to Kisumu, create the highest standards for our public works, deliver 500,000 affordable housing units over the next 5 years and make Kenya a regional air and maritime hub.
