Emerging cracks have arisen within the coalition from the sharing of key house membership committees in Parliament.

According to the Wiper Party Chairman Kivutha Kibwana, the coalition was forced to postpone the crucial meeting to a later date in order to allow its elected leaders to participate in the Kenya Women Parliamentary Association (KEWOPA) polls scheduled for this weekend.

KEWOPA brings together all women parliamentarians drawn from across all political parties both elected and nominated in the Senate and National Assembly.

The NASA top leadership is keen on holding strategic talks with members of its affiliate parties amid emerging cracks on the coalition's unity arising from the sharing of key house membership committees in Parliament.
